Increasing the presence of Senior Partners on LinkedIn

Trowers & Hamlins are a leading international law firm with experience across real estate, litigation, commercial and private wealth.

Trowers & Hamlins were already using LinkedIn to successfully hire talent, however, they realised that their Senior Leadership team were vital assets to help tell their story, improve employer brand and influence future talent.

  • Sanjiv worked closely with Sarah Pearce, Head of Lateral Recruitment to build a customised LinkedIn workshop focused on elevating the presence of 20+ Senior Partners

  • The session included a detailed profile optimisation section, designed after a thorough review of attendees LinkedIn profiles and built in line with Trowers and Hamlins company values.

  • Sanjiv also covered how attendees could continue to build a valuable professional network and provided best practice on how to build presence on LinkedIn

 Results

  • 83% rated the session “Excellent”, 17% rated the session “Good”

  • 95% of attendees increased their professional connections 2 weeks post workshop.

  • 859 new professional connections were added on LinkedIn 2 weeks post workshop.
