Setup and run a new to Amazon account

VR Distribution needed support in getting their Amazon UK business up and running. Victoria (Tor),took ownership of getting the account live and then set about growing a sustainable business: 

• Tor setup over 200 new products ensuring relevant keywords and high image quality, then supplemented this with advertising and deals strategies.  

• Tor then dived into operations reducing Chargebacks from £3k per month to <£100 per month, recovered ~35% of product shortages while making further recoveries balancing Amazon invoices.  

• As a result the business has been able to continue growing and in 2024 grew 58% YoY.
